During the week of October 24, 2011, refunds will be issued either as direct deposit or paper checks.  Paper checks will be sent to the local address on file with the University.

Unpaid holds

Unpaid holds have now been assigned to accounts with outstanding balances as of October 20th.  This hold will prevent your ability to register for Spring 2012.  Balance must be paid in full to release this hold.  Check your HUB Student Center to view holds.  For more information on unpaid holds, please view the Frequently Asked Questions website.

Check your UB email for your eBill notification

Don’t forget to check your @buffalo.edu email address for your Fall eBill notification.  The due date  is November 8th.  Online payments can be made in your HUB Student Center.  Please note:  If you are on a payment plan, you will not receive an eBill or a notification.  Any account with a remaining balance at this time will be subject to an unpaid bill hold.  Please refer to your HUB Student Center to view any hold you may have.

Revised Office Hours: SRC Walk-In and Phone Centers

Revised office hours for both the WALK-IN and PHONE Centers:  Friday, October 14, 2011: The offices will be closed from 8:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m. to allow staff members to attend training.

Payment Plan Participants

Wednesday, October 5th is the next payment due date for payment plan participants. If you are enrolled in a payment plan, please be sure that the account in which the funds will be taken from have enough funds in it to cover the automatic withdrawal.  If an attempt is made to withdraw funds from the account and the funds are not available, your payment plan will be terminated and a service fee will be charged.
